OFFICE MANAGER/LESKOVAC

Our company EMAS LLC is looking for an Office manager who will be able to live and work in the Leskovac/Nis Area. EMAS LLC is an SBPInc  affiliated company focused on project and operations contract management. The project is a greenfield wood based manufacturing facility located in the area between Leskovac and Nis. We require a professional Office Manager to support the smooth running of the office.

This position requires perfect verbal and written skills in English and Serbian language. The candidate will co-ordinate information with various departments, translate documents from English Serbian and from Serbian to English.

Responsibilities

  • answering the telephone and directing the calls 
  • approving overtime claims for site based teams
  • general document filing and maintenance of archives
  • maintaining the attendance record for staff
  • franking and attending to post
  • liaison with clients
  • liaison with suppliers
  • other ad hoc duties from time to time.
  • Fluency in Serb-Croat
  • Fluency in English(written and oral)

PROJECT ENGINEER/LESKOVAC

Our company EMAS LLC is looking for an experience Project Engineer who will be able to live and work in the Leskovac/ Nis Area. EMAS LLC is an SBPInc affiliated company focused on project and operations contract management. The project is a greenfield wood-based manufacturing facility located in the area between Leskovac and Nis

Responsibilities

  1. Reporting to the Project Manager for, but not limited to, the following
  2. Compliance with local labor regulations
  3. Coordination and support to turnkey supplier personnel
  4. Leading, organizing and training a team of 15-20 Technicians and Laborers supporting the Turnkey supplier
  5. Contractor compliance with civil and structural standards and design specifications provided by an Engineering Firm
  6. Organizing auxiliary equipment availability during installation
  7. Preparation of “As built” Documentation
  8. Site Management
  9. Perform site engineering function during civil/structural works

Education/Certification

Bachelor Degree in

  • Mechanical Engineering or
  • C/S Engineering

Experience/ Attributes 2+ (years) in

  • Contract Management
  • Equipment Installation (Electrical/Mechanical)
  • Organizational Skills
  • Leadership Skills proven
  • Decision Maker
  • Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
  • Drivers License (B)
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excelent comunication skills

Languages

  • Fluency in Serb
  • Competence in English (written and oral)
